Returns

Everything is printed for you after you order it, but you still get 14 days to change your mind. Here’s how returns work, wherever you are.

Changed your mind

  • You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. You don’t need to give a reason.
  • Tell us by email at rayanalawdi@hotmail.com or through our contact page, with your order number and the items you’re sending back. We’ll reply with the return address. Please wait for it before posting anything: returns don’t go back to where your order came from.
  • Post the items within 14 days of telling us.
  • You pay for return postage. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
  • Try things on as you would in a shop, but please don’t wear, wash or alter them. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may take the loss in value off your refund.
  • We refund the price of the items within 14 days of getting them back, or of you sending proof of postage, whichever comes first. If you return the whole order, we also refund the standard delivery you paid.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Wrong size

Each piece is printed for your order, so we can’t swap sizes directly. Return it as above and order the size you want. The size guide has measurements for the garments we print for your country.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. If several items are affected, include one photo showing them together. We’ll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you won’t need to send it back.

This doesn’t affect your legal rights. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers goods that are faulty or not as described. In the EU, you have a legal guarantee of at least two years.

Cancelling before it ships

Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. If it hasn’t gone to print yet, we’ll cancel it and refund everything. If it’s already been printed, we can’t stop it, but you can still return it under the 14 days above once it arrives.

Discounts and promotions

  • If you used a discount code, we refund what you actually paid.
  • An order already refunded in full under Every tenth order is on us can’t be refunded again.

Cancellation form

You can use this form to cancel, but you don’t have to. An email saying the same thing works just as well.
