Everything is printed after you order it, as close to you as we can manage. Here’s how long that takes, what it costs and what to do if something goes wrong.
How long it takes
Printing takes up to 10 working days. Then your order goes in the post, and we email you a tracking link as soon as it ships. Time in the post, after printing:

These are estimates from our print partners and carriers. Parcels can run late, especially in December.
What it costs
You’ll see the exact delivery price at checkout before you pay. It depends on where you are and what’s in your bag, and each extra item costs less to send than the first. Prices for one item:

Prices shown in pounds or euros are charged in your own currency at checkout. Different garment types may be printed in different places, so they can be charged separately and may arrive in separate parcels.
Free delivery
UK orders over £50 and US orders over $75 ship free. It’s applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every country listed at checkout. We print in the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia, and the shop automatically shows you the versions made for your country.
Sending a gift to another country? Change the country at the bottom of any page to where it’s going before you add anything to your bag. Items from one country’s shop can’t be delivered to another.
Customs and import charges
Orders to the UK, the EU, the US, Canada and Australia are printed in the same region they’re delivered to, so there are no import charges.
Orders to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Andorra, New Zealand and everywhere else cross a border on the way to you. Your country’s customs may charge import tax or duty when the parcel arrives. Those charges aren’t included in our prices or delivery, and they’re paid by you.
Tracking, delays and lost parcels
- We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
- If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 working days, or your order still hasn’t arrived 10 working days after the latest time above, contact us with your order number. We’ll chase it with the carrier, and if it’s lost we’ll reprint it or refund you.
- If tracking says it’s been delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbours and any post room, then contact us within 30 days and we’ll take it up with the carrier.
- Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel can’t be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn’t collected in time, contact us. We can reprint and resend it for the cost of printing and delivery.
