Terms & conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply when you use nodecorum.co or buy from us. Please read them before you order. If you’re buying as a consumer, nothing in them takes away your legal rights.
1. Who we are
nodecorum.co is run by NO DECORUM, a business based in London, United Kingdom. You can reach us at rayanalawdi@hotmail.com or through our contact page.
2. Using the site
- You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
- Don’t misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, fake orders or anything unlawful. We can suspend access or refuse orders if you do.
3. Our products
- Everything is printed to order, so each piece is made after you buy it.
- We print in different countries depending on where you are, so the exact garment can differ by country. The product page and size guide show the one you’ll get.
- Colours can look a little different on screen, and small variations in print colour and placement are normal for printed clothing. They aren’t faults.
- The slogans are meant to be worn, not taken literally. What happens after you wear one is up to you.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in your local currency. Delivery and any tax due are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- If we’ve shown a price that’s clearly wrong, we’ll contact you before your order is printed. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order
- Our contract with you starts when we email you an order confirmation.
- We may still cancel an order, with a full refund, if we can’t print or deliver it, if the price was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. We’ll tell you why.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, prices and import charges are explained in our shipping policy. Items are your responsibility once they’re delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Changing your mind, returns and faults
You can cancel within 14 days of your order arriving, and faulty or damaged items are reprinted or refunded. The details are in our returns policy.
8. Discounts and promotions
- Discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash or added to orders already placed. Unless a promotion says otherwise, one code per order.
- Spin-the-wheel codes work once per customer.
- Every tenth order is on us has its own terms on its page.
9. Our designs
The designs, artwork, logo, photos and text on this site belong to NO DECORUM or to whoever licensed them to us. Buying a product lets you wear it. It doesn’t give you the right to copy or reproduce the design.
10. Our responsibility to you
- If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable.
- We don’t exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
- Our products are for personal use. If you use them for business, we’re not liable for any loss of profit, business or opportunity.
11. Things outside our control
If something outside our control delays your order, such as a carrier failure, strike or extreme weather, we’ll tell you and keep the delay as short as we can. If it goes on for a long time, you can cancel and get a refund for anything you haven’t received.
12. Your information
How we use your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it.
14. Law and complaints
- If you have a problem, contact us first. We’ll try to sort it out quickly.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
- If you live outside the UK, you keep any consumer protections the law of your country gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
